What: A swim class focusing on fitness and stroke technique mixed in with some fun. This is not a learn to swim class. You may join the class at anytime after being evaluated for readiness.
Two class levels will be offered.Class Levels may meet at the same time.
Level 1: Child can already swim 25 yards freestyle and is comfortable kicking on their back for 25 yards.
Level 2: Child can already swim 50 yards freestyle efficiently with side breathing, 25 backstroke, and has been introduced to breaststroke and butterfly. This class is run like a swim practice and is not fit for most kids under 9.
